What CareTech commits to is a practice: how software gets built, reviewed and documented, and a written statement of the limit past which none of it should be relied on.
Both are below in full, in CareTech AI's own words, and both are open to your own security and quality questions.
CareTech AI is committed to delivering healthcare technology solutions that are reliable, secure, user-friendly, scalable, and aligned with healthcare industry expectations.
CareTech AI aims to create technology that healthcare organizations can trust in day-to-day operations. Role-based access control and activity traceability depend on how the system is deployed, which is why both are scoped explicitly at the start of a build.
CareTech AI's healthcare platforms are developed to support operational and administrative healthcare workflows. Where applicable, our solutions may assist with communication, scheduling, reporting, monitoring, care coordination, workforce management, document handling, analytics, and workflow automation.
Unless specifically certified, cleared, approved, or contracted for a regulated clinical purpose, CareTech AI products should not be considered a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or direct clinical decision-making.
Healthcare providers and licensed professionals remain responsible for clinical decisions, patient assessment, medical treatment, and compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.
A control you cannot describe precisely is a control you do not have.

A development practice is only worth what it leaves behind in the software. Three of the things it leaves behind, stated precisely enough to be checked.
Every person has one identity and exactly the permissions their role carries. A scheduler cannot request a shift on a worker's behalf, a worker cannot confirm their own request, a scheduler cannot approve a timecard, finance cannot void an invoice, and an auditor can read payroll without being able to export it.
Tenant isolation is enforced by PostgreSQL row-level security with policies forced onto the table owner, set per transaction so it dies with the transaction and cannot leak across a pooled connection. The service refuses to start if its database role can bypass it.
Who did what, and when. Clearances and refusals are both recorded, so "why was this nurse refused on the 14th?" still has an answer months later, and a correction applied to a statutory floor is written into the explanation an auditor reads.
Privacy, security practice, responsible AI, and every compliance statement in full: the page a security reviewer should start from.
What CareTech AI products are intended for, the review every AI-assisted output requires, and the emergency line.
The six values the review practice above is meant to serve, including the one that decides where a human sits in every design.
