Fourteen workflows. One platform, not a menu.

Three platform areas hold fourteen healthcare workflows. Each one is a job somebody does on a shift; together they are the route a single patient's record travels, on one system.

Why fourteen

Fourteen doors into the same record.

The fourteen below are not fourteen products. They are fourteen ways into one platform.

The person discharged on Tuesday is screened at a camp on Saturday, visited at home on Monday, seen by a school nurse in the same term as their child, consulted virtually in March and reviewed at a diagnostic center in June. Each of those is a different building, a different rota, a different regulator — and the same person.

So the fourteen run on one identity model, one data model and one rule about where analysis stops and a qualified human starts. An organization adopts one of them. What it inherits is the model underneath all of them.

The Workforce & Operations platform area

What they share

One grammar runs through all fourteen.

This is the part that makes them a platform rather than a catalog. It is the same in a school nurse's office and in a diagnostic center.

  • One patient identity, so a reading taken at a camp and a visit made at home refer to the same person
  • Every input carries its source: what produced it, when, and who was standing there
  • Every change is recorded, so what happened — and who did it — can be reconstructed afterwards
  • Analysis produces a prompt, an ordering, a shortlist — never a conclusion and never an action
  • A qualified person decides, and the decision, with their name on it, is written down
  • Role-based access control and per-tenant isolation decide who sees what, in every one of the fourteen

How we think about trust

Start with the workflow closest to your operation.

Most operations start with one of the fourteen and find they touch three. That is the point of building them on one record. See what the platform does in your setting.
